SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped as ready. If any pre-order items are in your order we will ship once they become available.

It is an essential job for us to make sure we deliver our customer's orders complete and on schedule. We know that for some of our customers, time is a very valuable thing and we want to make sure it is not wasted.

RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • 1. ALL REFUNDS ARE STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • 2. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RM NUMBER OR YOUR MERCHANDISE WON'T BE ACCEPTED
  • 3. ALL RETURNS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE ACCORDING TO TRACKING NUMBER.
  • 4. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE BUYER.
  • 5. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WILL BE REPLACED FOR THE SAME STYLE OR WILL BE CREDITED BACK IN THE ACCOUNT. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS.
  • 6. NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE IS SUBJECT TO 20% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY REASON. SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOT REFUNDABLE BOTH WAYS.
  • 7. THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN AND ALSO BE ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.
  • 8. PRIVATE LABEL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL.
  • 9. "SALE ITEMS" ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS AND THEREFORE CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS.
  • 10. ALL ORDERS PLACED BY 12 PM PST WILL SHIP ON THE SAME DAY.
  • 11. THE STORE CREDITS LAST FOR 60 DAYS. AFTER 60 DAYS, THE STORE CREDITS WILL BE EXPIRED.

HOW TO PROCESS DAMAGES

  • 1. Please send the image of the defective piece(s) and an image of the label that includes the style # that is sewn into the garment to our email, info@dorcasusa.com
  • 2. Please state your company name and order #, along with the style#, color, size of the defective item, quantity of the defective pieces, and description of the damage.
  • 3. We have the right to reject/refuse a damage claim upon review.
  • * If you have more than 2 pieces of a defective item in the same style and color, you will be sent a FEDEX return label to return the damaged pieces. (Credit will be issued upon arrival and review)
  • * If you have less than 2 pieces of a defective item in the same style and color, you will have to follow steps 1 & 2.
    By doing so, we will do our best to assist you promptly after inspecting the photos or any returned items. We may request the defective item to be shipped to us for review.

CANCELATION POLICY

To cancel orders placed with us at Dorcas, please contact us by phone or by sending an e-mail requesting cancellation. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
